Many buildings do offer a cancellation policy on the grounds of a visa being declined. If you have booked a property, and need to defer or cancel a property start date, you can speak with the service team or management company. The contact details will be provided to you after booking and we will help you reach them, where we can, if you are unsure.

We no longer charge a booking fee, if you paid before this change and need a refund please get in touch at enquiries@skylets.co.uk. One of our team will try to help you find new suitable accommodation as fast as possible or issue a refund if preferred.

Yes, many of our studio apartments are suitable for Dual Occupancy. There is usually an additional cost but it varies depending on the property. We can help you find dual occupancy properties.
